What better to drink from stokes favourite mugs than a tea specially developed to celebrate the the Nobel staffordshire oatcake. Following on from our massively popular gin the idea came to life when we discovered oat flowers which are harvested before the formation of the oats and then dried. we took these and worked with some master blenders and after numerous blends arrived at a unique tasting tea that was worthy of being called the first ever Oatcake Tea.
